Fitness classes for all  fitness levels.

This class is designed to accommodate beginning level fitness and older adults. In this class you’ll find 30 minutes of basic level aerobics, 20 minutes of resistance training and 10 minutes of yoga (balance and flexibility) training. Expand your cardiovascular fitness, improve strength to help with daily tasks become easier, and improve stability and range of motion all in one class.

Drum Fitness is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums for all fitness levels. This class will work the entire body. Arms, legs, core, you name it and we do it!

Improve bone density and make daily tasks easier by making this class part of your fitness routine.  Forever Strong uses light dumbbells for muscle conditioning.  It is designed to accommodate beginning level fitness and older adults.

Appropriate for all levels of yoga ability from beginner to advanced, this class integrates breath, rhythm and mind/body awareness with gentle movements through a progression of yoga postures. Regular yoga practice will stretch and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, increase range of motion, decrease stress and enhance well-being.
